At the next BritCham Professional Women's Forum, Julie Marsaban will share with us the key principles on how to be assertive without being aggresive; how to complain and criticise without causing offence (dubbed the "Sugar-coated Pill Approach"). At this session Julie will also share with us what we all should know about women's rights as human rights, about CEDAW* and about our status vis-a-vis our rights and responsibilities as women, professional women, enterpreneurs, employers, and employees.
