From Friday 1 October, the public opening hours at the British Consulate-General in Jakarta will be 08.30 - 12.00. The Honorary Consulate in Bali will be unaffected by these changes and will remain open from 08.30 - 12.00 as before. Please note that routine enquiries cannot be made in person at either office outside of these times. Anyone requiring help at any other time, for which the assistance of a Consular Officer may be required, should call +(62) (21) 2356 5200.
